The Grand Chapel
Weddings. Concerts & More
With a seating capacity of up to 350 guests, with beautiful wood vaulted ceilings and gorgeous window light this chapel is ideal for large weddings, concerts and events. A baby grand piano, organ, theatre lighting system and sound system are available for use.
Heritage Chapel
(c.1900s original wood and windows)
Built in the early 1900's this intimate chapel is perfect for small weddings, elopements and vow renewals. With charm, history and amazing character and light it will be a cornerstone for your beautiful celebration. The chapel can hold up to 65 people.
The Courtyard
Serene Beauty
Our beautiful Garden Courtyard is the perfect space for intimate outdoor ceremonies or for mingling with guests during a garden cocktail hour. Located directly outside our Midlands link - it makes for a perfect inside/outside connection for your event.

Meadow Green Wedding and Events Centre is located in Red Deer Lake United Church. “Affirming” is an official designation from our denomination, the United Church of Canada, that signifies we have spent an intentional period of time (one year) exploring our inclusivity; it’s a time when we ask whether we are going to just say or embody those radically inclusive words of “welcome, wanted and accepted,” and not only towards each other but to people for whom ‘church’ is not an easy place to be. An “Affirming Church” is a church that recognizes being welcoming and hospitable takes more than politely shaking hands, but does the hard, vulnerable and intentional work of creating a space where all are made to feel welcome, wanted and accepted. There are 10 other United Churches in Calgary that are ‘Affirming’ and many more around the country.
